Made to order
Each piece is cut and finished by hand in Bridgetown for the person it's made for. For that reason, we don't accept returns or issue refunds. What leaves the atelier is intended to stay with you.

Alterations & fit
If a piece doesn't sit the way you hoped, write to us. We're happy to take it back for adjustments — a nip at the waist, a strap shortened, a hem reset — so it lives the way it should. Reach out within fourteen days of receipt and we'll arrange the work directly with you.

Faulty pieces
In the rare event something arrives damaged or not as it should be, tell us straight away. We'll make it right — repaired, remade, or replaced — at no cost to you.
